Alongside recently becoming a registered REALTOR®, Leo is completing his Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate at the University of Guelph, accelerating his degree to commit fully to Muskoka, after a 2025 co-op with Cottage Vacations turned into a calling. He also owns and operates a cottage maintenance & construction business, giving him direct, hands-on knowledge of Muskoka properties, foundations, boathouses, general care, shorelines and all.

Leo specializes in waterfront, investment, and commercial real estate, with a focus on rental performance analysis. Expect detailed numbers, sharp negotiation, and a contractor’s understanding of what you’re actually buying.
