Darren holds a business degree from Dalhousie University and built a strong sales career following his graduation in 2020. He has since earned a certificate from the Professional Home Builders Institute and held a Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) licence to build Tarion-warrantied homes. His experience spans resale homes, new construction, custom builds, and both short-term and long-term rentals, giving him a comprehensive view of real estate as both a lifestyle and an investment.
