What draws me most to real estate is the fast-paced environment, along with the opportunity to develop and shape trends.
One of the things I value most about working on the Cottage Vacations team is the positive and supportive team environment. Everyone is collaborative, approachable, and willing to help one another. We work together to navigate challenges, share ideas, and ensure collective success, which fosters a strong sense of unity and purpose within the team.
I previously worked as a graphic designer and marketing specialist for Southwestern Ontario’s largest residential developer. I also freelanced for several prominent organizations, including MLHU (Middlesex-London Health Unit), Gore Motors Honda, and others. I have created large-scale marketing initiatives, overseeing everything from brand identity to campaign execution.
Whether collaborating cross-functionally or leading creative direction, I approach each challenge with confidence, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset. My fiancé builds custom homes alongside his father, which has further deepened my exposure to residential construction and the real estate industry. These combined experiences sparked my passion for the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of real estate.
I have been working in the industry since 2021 and am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license. As a specialist in marketing and graphic design, I am committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends to drive success for our company while continuously enhancing my design skills.
I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, campaign creation and management, graphic design, video editing, and social media strategy. I graduated from Toronto Film School in 2021 with a diploma in Graphic Design and Interactive Media. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve received several accolades, including the “Best Multi-Booth” award in 2022 and the Co-op Award for my graphic design role during high school. These experiences have helped shape my creative approach and strengthened my ability to deliver impactful visual communications across various platforms.
I strive to be as involved in the community as possible:
- Community walkthroughs (highlighting each local shop in port carling)
- Community Engagement through cottage vacations social media
- Fundraising within companies for local charities
- “Young Builders program” inspiring youth to become future trade builders.
- Donated 500 young builder colouring books to the children’s health foundation and London Health Science center to the Kids cancer unit
- Multiple annual tradeshows
- Grand opening BBQ for the community
Fun fact: I danced competitively for 14 years, won to compete in the 2019 Dance World Cup, and taught dance for four years. I am also an avid reader—it’s a part of my daily life.
